As unbelievable as it may seem, on June 26, the Columbus Dispatch, Ohio's Largest Newspaper declared John Freshwater guilty of all charges in the "Bible on the desk" case. In their own editorial The Dispatch passes judgement on Mr. Freshwater without having heard any of the "evidence" from the other side. Read the editorial here.

On July 3rd Coach Dave responded to the Dispatch's role as judge, jury, and executioner in the Freshwater case. Accusing the Editorial Board of "jury tampering" coach exposes the bias of the drive-by media and their clear attempt to paint Mr Freshwater as a religious fanatic. Read Coach's response

On the same day that Coach's letter appeared in the Dispatch Dr. Patrick Johnston also posted a letter refuting the "evolution only" position of America's classrooms. Evolution is the religion of America's schools and it is time more Christians began to expose the viewpoint discrimination currently be practiced under the guise of "science." Read here

Do you have friends/family members who believe homosexuality is innocuous? Who believe it won't have an effect on our culture?Who believe it's not perverting the minds of young women? Have them take a look at this. Just a warning--it's quite disturbing. But it tied up the streets of Boston for hours, so think about that and all the people, including children, who witnessed this. For the first time in US history, the issue of personhood will be decided in the public forum by a constitutional amendment. Colorado for Equal Rights has been notified by the Colorado Secretary of State's Office that enough valid signatures were submitted to put the Every Human is a Person amendment on the November 2008 ballot. The Secretary of State's Office's random sampling indicated that there were 103,377 valid signatures, surpassing the 76,047 valid signatures that were required. "The people of Colorado have spoken, the Secretary of State's Office has certified our signatures, and our equal rights amendment will be on November's ballot," stated Kristi Burton, initiative sponsor. Caution: Sickening Photos This is where the transgender movement wants to take us. These women have purposefully had their breasts surgically cut off because they want to become men. Obviously, this surgery cannot be reversed. As a further act of defiance and expression of their anger at "transphobic" society, they remove their shirts and parade their scars in public. They also take huge amounts of male hormones. These people have very, very serious psychological issues. Northampton passed a "transgender non-discrimination" ordinance which protects "gender expression" similar to what the transgender movement wants to pass statewide. What was supposed to be a discussion of the John Freshwater case turned into a one-sided attack by Geraldo Rivera on Coach Dave. Coach was invited on by Geraldo to "discuss" the "branding" of crosses on the arms of students. Things got off to a bad start right away as Geraldo made mention of Coach's popular "Cross Cap" and degenerated from there. Acting as judge, jury and executioner Geraldo's plan fell apart when Coach told the viewers that John Freshwater had not branded crosses on anyone and that he would never harm a student. Geraldo did everything he could do to prevent coach from speaking the truth.
